Montavilla Farmers Market
Brand expansion for a neighborhood farmers market in Southeast Portland, OR
Growing community roots
Tucked within a bustling neighborhood on SE Stark street in Northeast Portland is the Montavilla Farmers Market, a hidden gem. The market is among locally owned shops, restaurants, bars & breweries, a bakery, and the Academy – a historic movie theater built in 1948. With over 30 food and beverage vendors, the market draws in hundreds of neighbors on weekends who have a love for produce.
To support the market and our local community, I volunteered my design services to ensure the market thrives: refreshed logo, business cards, posters, buttons, WordPress website, and even a billboard. I had a big appetite to help and glad to see our neighborhood community thriving.
I have worked with Chuck on many nonprofit graphic design and website projects. His beautiful and practical designs, attention to detail, great client rapport, and unflinching sense of humor him them a pleasure to work with!
